Wedding Party Members

Add and manage each member of the wedding party, their roles, statuses, and attire.

Every person in the wedding party — groomsmen, fathers, ring bearers, bridesmaids — is a Wedding Member. Each member is linked to a Customer record, which holds their measurements and contact details.

Adding Members

You can add members at the time of wedding creation or afterward from the Wedding Overview.

During wedding creation

  1. 1. On the Add Wedding form, find the role section (e.g., Groomsmen).
  2. 2. Click Add Groomsman (or the relevant role button).
  3. 3. Enter first name, last name (optional), and phone (optional). Repeat for each member.

After the wedding is created

  1. 1. Open the Wedding Overview and find the party member list.
  2. 2. Click Add Member and select the role.
  3. 3. Search for an existing customer or create a new one.

Member Statuses

Each member has a status that reflects where they are in the process. Statuses are also configurable. Common examples:

Not Started — Added to the wedding but no measurements or orders yet
Measured — Measurements recorded, awaiting order
Ordered — Order has been placed
Ready — Complete and ready for pickup

Status can be updated directly from the Wedding Overview or from the Customer Profile. Configure statuses and their colors in Settings → Wedding Settings.

Attire Selection

Each wedding member can have an attire selection — the specific style, color, or configuration they'll be wearing. This can be recorded on the customer's profile within the wedding context and helps ensure everyone in the party is coordinated.

Removing a Member

To remove someone from a wedding, open their entry on the Wedding Overview and click Remove from Wedding. This removes the wedding membership only — the customer record and any orders are preserved.
