Wedding Packages
Create and assign packages to weddings to bundle attire, pricing, and services for the whole party.
Wedding Packages let you bundle attire selections, pricing, and services into a single offer that applies to an entire wedding party. Instead of configuring each member individually, you define the package once and assign it to the wedding.
What's in a Package
A wedding package typically includes:
- A package name and optional description shown on orders and exports
- A price that applies to each member assigned to the package
- One or more attire items from your product catalog included in the bundle
Creating a Package
- 1 Open a wedding and navigate to the Packages tab.
- 2 Click Add Package and give it a name (e.g., "Groomsmen Rental").
- 3 Set the package price and select the attire items included in the bundle.
- 4 Save the package. It will now be available to assign to party members on this wedding.
Assigning a Package to Members
Once a package exists on a wedding, you can assign it to individual party members:
- 1 From the Wedding Overview, click a party member to open their profile.
- 2 In the Wedding Details panel, select a package from the Package dropdown.
- 3 The package price and included attire will pre-fill on any new order created for this member.
Managing Packages
Edit a package
Click the edit icon next to any package on the Packages tab to update its name, price, or included items.
Multiple packages
A wedding can have multiple packages — useful when the groom and groomsmen have different attire bundles.
Delete a package
Packages can only be deleted if no members are currently assigned to them.
Tips
Create packages before adding party members so you can assign them during intake — it saves time and keeps orders consistent.
Editing a package after members are assigned updates the package definition but does not retroactively change orders that have already been created.
