What You'll Need
- A Brother QL-810Wc printer
- A roll of Brother DK labels — DK-2251 recommended (black and red printing)
- Access to your Wi-Fi network
- A device running SuitTracker (desktop browser or tablet)
Step 1: Connect the Printer to Wi-Fi
- 1 Plug in your Brother QL-810Wc.
- 2 Press the Menu button → navigate to WLAN → Network Mode.
- 3 Select Infrastructure Mode.
- 4 Choose your Wi-Fi network and enter your password.
- 5 Wait for the Wi-Fi light to turn solid blue — this confirms a successful connection.
Tip: You can also connect using the Brother iPrint&Label mobile app for a simpler setup experience.
Step 2: Set Up in SuitTracker
Once the printer is connected to Wi-Fi:
- 1 Log into your SuitTracker account.
- 2 Go to Settings → Tag Printers.
- 3 Click Add Printer and select Brother QL-810Wc from the list.
- 4 Enter the printer's IP address (visible on the printer display or in the Brother iPrint&Label app).
- 5 Click Save. The printer is now available when printing tags from any order.
Printing a Tag
- 1 Open any order (tailoring, rental, or special order).
- 2 Click Print Tag.
- 3 Select your Brother QL-810Wc from the printer list.
- 4 Click Print — the tag prints instantly.

Troubleshooting
Printer not showing up
- • Make sure both your device and printer are on the same Wi-Fi network.
- • Restart the printer and refresh the SuitTracker page.
- • Check that the printer firmware is up to date via the Brother iPrint&Label app.
Labels misaligned or blank
- • Confirm the correct label roll type is selected in printer settings.
- • Reinsert the label roll and close the cover securely before printing.
