Getting Started
A high-level overview of SuitTracker and its core modules.
SuitTracker is purpose-built software for formalwear and bridal retailers. It replaces spreadsheets and paper-based systems with a single, connected workspace for managing weddings, customers, orders, measurements, and communications.
Core Modules
Weddings
Organize the entire wedding party — couple, groomsmen, bridesmaids, parents — with event dates, attire selections, and member statuses.
Customers
Maintain customer profiles with contact info, measurements, fit preferences, and order history — all linked to relevant weddings.
Orders
Track tailoring work, rentals, and special orders through configurable status workflows with due dates and printable tags.
Communication
Send SMS messages directly from the app. Conversation threads keep all customer communication in one place.
Reports
Get visibility into your business — upcoming weddings, order backlogs, and activity across your store.
Store Mode
A simplified tablet view for in-store customer intake — register devices with a PIN for quick, staff-managed data entry.
Accessing the App
- 1 Go to your SuitTracker URL and log in with your email and password.
- 2 If your account belongs to multiple organizations, you'll be prompted to select one.
- 3 The left sidebar gives you access to all modules. Use the breadcrumb at the top on mobile.
Key Concepts
Organization
Your store is an Organization. All weddings, customers, and orders belong to your org. Your subscription, settings, and users are managed at the org level.
Wedding Membership
Each person in a wedding party is a Wedding Member. Members have roles (Groom, Groomsman, Father of the Bride, etc.), statuses, and linked customer records.
Order Types
SuitTracker supports three order types: Tailoring (in-house alteration work), Rental (garments rented to customers), and Special Orders (items ordered from vendors on behalf of customers).
Modules
Each org can enable or disable modules (Weddings, Tailoring, Rentals, Special Orders) based on what your store offers. Contact support to adjust your enabled modules.
