Brands & Products

Manage the brands you carry and the products available for attire selections and orders.

Brands and Products are the foundation of attire selection in SuitTracker. When a wedding member needs a specific suit, tuxedo, or accessory, the selection is pulled from your configured brands and product catalog.

Brands

A Brand represents a vendor or manufacturer whose garments you carry. Examples: Calvin Klein, Vera Wang, Allure Men, Ike Behar.

Adding a Brand

  1. 1 Go to Settings → Brands.
  2. 2 Click Add Brand.
  3. 3 Enter the brand name. Optionally upload a logo and set a display order.
  4. 4 Click Save. The brand is now available for attire selections.

Managing Brands

Display Order

Control the order brands appear in selection dropdowns throughout the app. Drag to reorder or set an explicit priority number.

Deactivating a Brand

If you stop carrying a brand, deactivate it rather than deleting it. Deactivated brands won't appear in new selections but existing records referencing the brand are preserved.

Products

Under each brand, you can define specific Products — the individual suit styles, tuxedo options, or accessory lines you carry from that brand.

Adding a Product

  1. 1 Go to Settings → Brands and click on a brand.
  2. 2 Click Add Product.
  3. 3 Enter the product name (e.g., "Black Notch Lapel 2-Button Suit"), style number, and any notes.
  4. 4 Click Save.

Using Brands in Attire Selections

When setting a wedding member's attire, the brand and product dropdowns pull from this configuration. The member's attire selection records:

  • • The brand
  • • The specific product/style
  • • Any color or configuration options
  • • Notes about their specific attire

Keeping your brand and product catalog up to date ensures the attire selection process is consistent and fast for staff.

Tips

Set up all your active brands and their key products before wedding season to speed up attire selection appointments.

Use the style/product number field for vendor codes so you have exactly what you need when calling in an order.

Deactivate discontinued products rather than deleting them — this preserves the history on existing orders while removing them from future selection menus.
