Welcome to SuitTracker! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SuitTracker software-as-a-service platform ("Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

3. License and Restrictions

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes. You may not:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any data or content you upload to the Service ("User Content"). You grant us a license to use, host, and process your User Content solely to provide and improve the Service.

6. Fees and Payment

13. SMS Messaging and Compliance

SuitTracker provides tools that allow users to send SMS messages to their customers. By using this feature, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, including but not limited to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, and any local or international messaging regulations.

You are solely responsible for:

  • Obtaining proper consent from recipients before sending messages.
  • Ensuring the content of your messages is lawful and appropriate.
  • Managing opt-in and opt-out preferences in accordance with legal requirements.

SuitTracker is not responsible for any misuse or abuse of the SMS feature by your business, employees, or agents. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SuitTracker from any claims, fines, or damages arising from your violation of messaging laws or third-party rights.
