Reports & Analytics

Use SuitTracker's reports to track upcoming weddings, order backlogs, and store activity.

SuitTracker's reporting section gives you visibility into your business — upcoming work, overdue items, pending orders, and store activity. Reports are designed to help you stay ahead of the workload rather than react to surprises.

Accessing Reports

From the sidebar, click Reports. You'll see a set of report tabs based on the modules your store has enabled.

Available Reports

Upcoming Weddings

Shows all weddings sorted by date, with member status breakdowns. Filter by date range to focus on weddings within the next 30, 60, or 90 days.

  • • How many members are measured vs. not yet measured
  • • Which weddings have outstanding orders
  • • Days until each wedding

Order Backlog

Shows all open orders (tailoring, rental, special) by due date. Use this to plan your shop's workload and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

  • • Orders due this week
  • • Overdue orders
  • • Orders by status

Activity Log

A chronological log of actions taken in the app — orders created, statuses updated, measurements recorded, messages sent. Useful for accountability and reviewing what happened on a given day.

  • • Filter by date range
  • • Filter by user
  • • Filter by action type

Special Orders by Stage

A breakdown of all special order items grouped by their current stage. Particularly useful before a vendor ordering run — see everything that still needs to be ordered in one view.

  • • Items needing to be ordered
  • • Items ordered but not yet received
  • • Items received and awaiting pickup

Using Reports Effectively

Start your week with the Order Backlog. Check what's due before the week ends and assign work to your tailors accordingly.

Use Upcoming Weddings to plan outreach. Identify wedding party members who haven't been measured yet and send reminder messages before it's too late.

Use Special Orders by Stage before vendor calls. Pull up the "Needs to be Ordered" view before placing your weekly vendor orders to ensure nothing is missed.
