Use SuitTracker's reports to track upcoming weddings, order backlogs, and store activity.
SuitTracker's reporting section gives you visibility into your business — upcoming work, overdue items, pending orders, and store activity. Reports are designed to help you stay ahead of the workload rather than react to surprises.
Accessing Reports
From the sidebar, click Reports. You'll see a set of report tabs based on the modules your store has enabled.
Available Reports
Wedding List
A high-level view of all upcoming weddings within a selected date range. Use this to see your overall schedule and wedding party sizes.
- • Sort by wedding date
- • Filter by store location
- • Quick view of Groom, Bride, and total member count
Wedding Attire Summary
A powerful tool for inventory planning and ordering. This report aggregates all attire selections across all weddings in a date range.
- • Group by item type, brand, or size
- • See total units needed for each specific item
- • Identify how many unique weddings require each item
Wedding Delivery Method
Track how customers intend to receive their attire. Critical for managing shipping deadlines and store pickup expectations.
- • Filter by "Store Pick Up" vs "Ship"
- • See customer status and wedding date alongside delivery choice
- • Manage workload based on pickup vs shipping volume
Wedding Payment Status
Monitor financial status across your upcoming weddings. Identify which customers still have outstanding balances.
- • View payment status by customer or by individual attire items
- • Filter by customer status and wedding date
- • Ensure all orders are paid before delivery or pickup
Using Reports Effectively
Start your week with the Wedding Attire Summary. Check what items are needed for the upcoming month and ensure your inventory is ready or orders are placed with vendors.
Use Wedding Delivery Method to plan shipments. Review which customers need their attire shipped early in the week to ensure they arrive before the wedding date.
Follow up with Wedding Payment Status. Before allowing attire to leave the store, verify that the customer or their items are fully paid for.
