Store Settings: General

The Store Settings page lets you configure how SuitTracker behaves for your store.
General Settings
Details & Logo
- Name / Address / City / State / Zip / Phone: Basic organization info shown throughout the app.
- Time Zone: Used for dates, “days until” counters, and notifications.
- Logo: Upload a small image (under ~100KB). The logo may appear on tags and customer-facing pages.
- How to save: Click Save at the bottom of the card. For logo, choose a file and Upload (or Remove to clear).
Plan & Billing
- Plan: View your current subscription and included features.
- Payment Method: View the card on file and manage it via the Billing Portal.
- Manage: Click “View subscription details” or “Manage payment method” to open the secure billing portal.
Store Mode
- Inactivity Prompt (seconds): The idle time before a prompt appears in Store Mode.
- Inactivity Log Out (seconds): The idle time before Store Mode auto‑logs out.
- Devices: Register in‑store tablets/phones for PIN login. Use “Add This Device” from the device itself; remove devices you no longer use.

Customer Notifications
- Email Reply‑To: The reply‑to address used for customer emails.
- SMS Text Notifications: Shows if your shop has texting enabled and your SMS number (contact us to enable if not set).
- How to save: Click Save within the Email Notifications card.
