Wedding

Attire

Choose the attire categories you want to track and, if needed, set up options and prices for each (for example: style, color, or package).

• Manage list: Drag to reorder. Add new attire with “Add”. Remove with the trash icon.
• Edit Options: Click the list icon to open Attire Options:
  • Create Groups (e.g., Style, Color, Package) and add Options inside each.
  • For each Option, set Option label, optional Price, and toggle Show custom text area if you want a free‑text input.
  • Use the gear menu to bulk‑set prices, rename, or delete groups; drag to reorder groups and options.

Measurements

Pick the suit measurements your team records during fittings.

• Manage list: Drag to reorder. Use “Add” to create a new measurement.
• Edit Options: Click the list icon to change the Name and Field Type:
  • text — free‑text entry.
  • radio — define a set of selectable options.
• Save: Click Save to persist changes.

Suit Statuses

Set the step‑by‑step status workflow for wedding party members (for example: Contacted → Measured → Picked Up).

• Manage list: Drag to reorder. Add statuses with “Add”; remove with the trash icon.
• Edit Options: Click the gear icon to set Name, optional Action Name (verb for advancing), and Color.
• Tip: The first status is used as default for new members and the groom.

Wedding Notifications

Send automatic texts or emails to the couple based on useful triggers.

• Triggers include: Wedding created, member status changes, all members status change, or days until wedding.
• Filters: Choose a status filter; some triggers support advanced “Only send if” conditions like “All members are X or greater.”
• Message: Enter the SMS/email body; a helper modal explains available variables.
• Schedule: These send at end of day. If SMS isn’t enabled, they fall back to email.

Tag

• Include tailoring QR code: Enable to print a QR on tags that links to the order’s tailoring status.

Public Form

Create a simple wedding sign‑up form you can link from your website.

• Enabled: Toggle to activate. The public URL displays when enabled.
• Title / Introduction text / Confirmation Message: Customize the page copy and the confirmation shown/sent to the couple.
• Save: Click Save to apply changes.
