Store Settings: General

The Store Settings page lets you configure how SuitTracker behaves for your store.

General Settings

  • Name / Address / City / State / Zip / Phone: Basic organization info shown throughout the app.
  • Time Zone: Used for dates, "days until" counters, and notifications.
  • Logo: Upload a small image (under ~100KB). The logo may appear on tags and customer-facing pages.
  • How to save: Click Save at the bottom of the card. For logo, choose a file and Upload (or Remove to clear).

Plan & Billing

  • Plan: View your current subscription and included features.
  • Payment Method: View the card on file and manage it via the Billing Portal.
  • Manage: Click "View subscription details" or "Manage payment method" to open the secure billing portal.

Store Mode

  • Inactivity Prompt (seconds): The idle time before a prompt appears in Store Mode.
  • Inactivity Log Out (seconds): The idle time before Store Mode auto‑logs out.
  • Devices: Register in‑store tablets/phones for PIN login. Use "Add This Device" from the device itself; remove devices you no longer use.

Customer Notifications

  • Email Reply‑To: The reply‑to address used for customer emails.
  • SMS Text Notifications: Shows if your shop has texting enabled and your SMS number (contact us to enable if not set).
  • How to save: Click Save within the Email Notifications card.
